Event Registration
By registering for Smoked MeatFest 2026, you agree to the following:
- Registration confirms your attendance and reserves food/supplies for your party
- You must provide an accurate guest count so we can prepare accordingly
- Registration is non-transferable without prior approval from the organizers
- All attendees must check in at the registration tent upon arrival
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at their discretion
Merchandise Pre-Orders
- All merchandise is pre-order only unless otherwise stated
- Pre-ordered items are picked up at the event on October 17, 2026
- No shipping is available for pre-ordered merchandise
- Sizes and styles are subject to availability
- If your selected size becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund
- Unclaimed pre-orders will be held for 30 days after the event, after which they are forfeited
Refund Policy
Event Registration
- Full refund available up to 7 days before the event (by October 10, 2026)
- No refunds within 7 days of the event, as food and supplies will have been ordered
- If the event is cancelled by the organizers, all registrations will be fully refunded
Merchandise Pre-Orders
- Full refund available up to 14 days before the event (by October 3, 2026)
- No refunds after October 3, 2026, as items will have been ordered based on pre-sale counts
- Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged or refunded at the event

Event Policies
- Rain or Shine: The event will be held rain or shine. Covered areas are available. In the case of extreme weather, registered guests will be notified of any changes.
- BYOB Policy: This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) event. No alcohol is sold, served, or provided by the event organizers or property owners. Attendees who choose to bring alcohol do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
- Children: Children are welcome. They must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Pets: For safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted at the event (service animals excepted).
- Photography: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Photos and video may be used for future event promotion on our website and social media.
- Conduct: We expect all guests to treat each other, the venue, and the staff with respect. The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior disrupts the event.
- Parking: Parking is available on-site but is self-service. There are no parking attendants or volunteers directing traffic. Please park carefully and be mindful of other guests.
BYOB & Alcohol Disclaimer
No alcohol is sold, served, distributed, or provided by the event organizers, property owners, or any affiliated party.
Smoked MeatFest is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) event. By attending, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding alcohol:
- The event organizers and property owners do not sell, serve, or provide alcoholic beverages in any capacity
- Any alcohol present at the event has been brought by individual attendees at their own discretion
- Attendees who choose to bring and consume alcohol do so entirely at their own risk and sole responsibility
- The event organizers and property owners assume no liability whatsoever for any incidents, injuries, damages, or consequences related to alcohol consumption
- Attendees are expected to drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation (designated driver, rideshare, etc.) if consuming alcohol
- Each attendee is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests in their registered party
- The organizers reserve the right to ask any attendee whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe to leave the event immediately
- Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws
- By registering and attending, you release and hold harmless the event organizers, property owners, sponsors, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims related to alcohol
Liability
Smoked MeatFest is an outdoor event. By attending, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing
- The organizers and property owners are not liable for injuries, illness, lost or stolen property, or any damages arising from attendance
- If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to verify ingredients with event staff before consuming any food
- The venue and surrounding areas may have uneven terrain, open flames, hot surfaces, and other hazards typical of an outdoor BBQ event
- Parking is self-service with no attendants; the organizers are not responsible for vehicle damage or theft
Changes to the Event
The organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify the event schedule, menu, entertainment, or other details at any time
- Cancel the event due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control
- Update these terms and conditions as needed
In the case of cancellation, all registered guests will be notified via email and receive a full refund.
