Everything you need to know before the smoke rolls.
The Rundown
From first fire to last bite.
Pitmasters arrive. The smokers fire up. The air starts to get heavy with hickory and oak.
Grab your wristband, find your spot, and settle in. The party has officially started.
The first racks come off the smoker. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sides, and all the fixings.
Local acts take the stage. Good tunes, cold drinks, and a full plate — the perfect combo.
Prizes from local sponsors. You have to be present to win. Raffle tickets available at registration.
More meat hits the grill. The late-afternoon crowd gets fed. Nobody leaves hungry.
The last racks get pulled. Music winds down. Goodbyes, leftovers, and good memories.

The Experience
More than a cookout. It's a whole day thing.
Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken, mac & cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, cornbread, and more. Cooked low and slow the way it's meant to be.
Beer, hard lemonade, sodas, water, and sweet tea. Stay hydrated, stay happy. Drink responsibly.
Local bands and acoustic acts all afternoon. The perfect soundtrack for smoked meat and good company.
This is the part that makes it special. Neighbors, friends, families, and first-timers all sharing a table. Seven years of tradition.
Be Prepared
We handle the food. You handle the vibe.
You're going to need it. There's a lot of meat.
We've got tables, but your own chair makes it feel like home.
October in Virginia can get cool, especially in the evening.
We're outside all day. Protect that pitmaster glow.
